Sorensen Self-Esteem Test

Sorensen Self-Esteem Test

By Marilyn J. Sorensen, PhD, Clinical Psychologist & Author
Adapted from her Book, Breaking the Chain of Low Self-Esteem

This questionnaire is designed to help you find which areas you can improve in. The test is not designed to judge you on your character or to discourage you from continuing your daily routine in your life and business. Your responses will help you identify how to enhance your strengths. This test contains 50 questions and cover subjects including fears, challenges, differing perspectives, and self-perception. Please answer honestly; do not spend too much time considering your answer.  When the questionnaire is completed, your score will be placed on a scale. The scale represents the areas of improvement in which you may need to work on. This questionnaire may be taken once or multiple times, yet the purpose of the exercise is not to cause anxiety. The questions and results are applicable for any person in any state, country, or culture.
